Eldo James, P.E., Managing Partner
Eldo has approximately 15 years of consulting engineering experience, specializing in medium voltage distribution systems, power system analysis, power generation systems, motor controls, SCADA and control systems. Eldo is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York, experienced in the management, technical evaluation and design of critical, high profile projects associated with transportation and industrial facilities, including rail, tunnels, water/wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, electrical substations and power generation facilities.
Eldo has extensive experience in managing and serving as the technical lead on large scale projects. He excels in providing practical, value-engineered solutions to some of the most complex engineering issues presented, during both the design and construction stages of a project.
Eldo graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Eldo is also a CSI certified Construction Documents Technologist, and a valued member of various professional engineering societies.
Pavan Pulijaal, P.E., Managing Partner
Pavan has approximately 15 years of consulting engineering experience, specializing in communication systems, fiber optics, industrial networking, software requirements documentation and system integration, electrical distribution systems, motor controls, SCADA and control systems. Pavan is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York, experienced in the management, technical evaluation, design and systems integration for large scale, high profile projects associated with transportation and industrial facilities, including rail, tunnels, water/wastewater treatment plants and pumping stations.
Pavan has extensive experience in managing and serving as the technical and project lead on large scale projects, most recently as an Assistant Vice President at a large global engineering firm. He excels in providing detailed technical solutions to complex engineering problems and brings a unique ability to provide overall comprehensive project wide systems integration across a variety of engineering disciplines and specialties.
Pavan graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Pavan is a member of the local chapters of various engineering societies.
