Delmira is ELECSYS’s accountant, bringing over 10 years of public accounting experience to the firm’s internal finance operations. She focuses on keeping our books accurate, audit-ready, and compliant with federal and state regulations, working closely with the firm’s Certified Public Accountant, bookkeeper, and managing partners. Her responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day accounting, supporting budgeting and cash-flow tracking, and helping maintain clear, efficient financial processes that align with the firm’s growth and strategic goals. Known for her thoroughness and integrity, Delmira helps ensure that financial statements and internal practices are transparent, well-documented, and easy for leadership to act on. Her background also supports communication with vendors, teaming partners, and staff, reinforcing ELECSYS’s commitment to accessibility and respect in its business relationships.

Delmira graduated summa cum laude from Lehman College, City University of New York, with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a minor in Spanish/Bilingual Studies. She is also a commissioned Notary Public.

Outside of work, Delmira enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons—whether biking, taking road trips, or supporting their school community through parent ambassador roles, scholarship and financial aid events, and other volunteer activities.
