Founded in 2017, ELECSYS Engineering Group, PLLC (ELECSYS) is a full-service mechanical (HVAC), electrical, plumbing, fire protection and systems engineering firm delivering specialized controls, communications and integration for complex infrastructure. Headquartered in New York and active across the Northeast, we partner with public agencies and A|E|C teams as engineer of record or strategic subconsultant, bridging disciplines to produce coordinated, constructible designs and dependable long-term performance.

ELECSYS is certified as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), and Small Business Enterprise (SBE), and we continue pursuing additional supplier-diversity and professional qualifications across other cities and states to support our clients’ requirements.

Our Services

We support the full project lifecycle, from field investigations, condition assessments, and technical studies through design, permitting support, construction-phase services, testing, and commissioning.

Depending on project needs, we serve as engineer of record, specialty design consultant, or an embedded partner within larger program teams. We are known for clear deliverables—reports, drawings, specifications, calculations, and bid construction packages—backed by disciplined documentation, trade coordination, and alignment with utility, code, and agency requirements. Our experience spans design-bid-build, design-build, progressive design-build, Construction Management at Risk (CMAR), Public-Private Partnerships (P3s), and on-call/term/IDIQ contracts, as well as program and construction management support, delivery partner, and owner’s representative roles.
