ELECSYS is pleased to announce the relocation and expansion of its Valhalla, New York headquarters office from Suite 260 to Suite 320—just one floor up in the same building at 200 Summit Lake Drive, and a significant step forward for the firm’s continued growth in Westchester and the greater Northeast.
Valhalla is where ELECSYS began. When the firm was founded in 2017, the original office opened here with just two staff members and a clear vision for delivering practical, community-focused engineering solutions. Today, that same office has grown into the firm’s headquarters, home to many more team members and a growing roster of projects spanning transportation, water and wastewater, buildings, and critical infrastructure.
The new headquarters offers an expanded footprint and a more efficient layout designed around how our teams actually work. Larger open work areas, dedicated project rooms, and flexible collaboration spaces make it easier for our engineers to coordinate in real time, review drawings together, and solve design challenges side by side. Additional conference and huddle rooms support everything from internal workshops and design charrettes to virtual coordination sessions with clients, partners, and contractors.
Upgraded technology is at the heart of the new space. Enhanced audiovisual systems, improved connectivity, and integrated workstations support hybrid collaboration and streamline project delivery. Whether our team is leading a design progress meeting, coordinating with a contractor in the field, or troubleshooting a complex infrastructure upgrade, the new office environment is built to keep communication clear and projects moving.
The space also showcases the firm’s new brand. ELECSYS’ updated color palette, environmental graphics, and signage are carefully woven throughout the suite to create a modern, welcoming atmosphere. From the reception area to common spaces and conference rooms, the new office reflects who we are as a firm: precise, energetic, and focused on community-centered engineering. Thoughtful finishes and visual cues help orient visitors and staff alike, creating a smooth and professional experience from the moment you walk in.
Remaining in Valhalla was an important decision for ELECSYS. The expanded headquarters allows the firm to grow while staying close to key clients, projects, and partners in Westchester and the surrounding communities. Our engineers and project managers continue to be just a short drive or train ride away from the facilities, campuses, and infrastructure we help design, upgrade, and maintain.
“Our team has delivered some of the region’s most challenging infrastructure and building upgrades from right here in Westchester,” said Pavan Pulijaal, PE, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of ELECSYS. “The new Valhalla headquarters gives us the space and tools to keep raising that bar—whether we’re modernizing transportation systems, improving critical power and HVAC systems, or supporting our partners on complex, multi-phase projects.”
Co-Founder and Managing Partner Eldo James, PE, added: “We designed this office to feel like a true project hub. You can see engineers sketching out solutions in the collaboration areas, staff huddling over plans in the project rooms, and clients joining us for working sessions in the conference spaces. It’s a space that reflects the quality of work our clients expect, and the level of care our team brings to every assignment.
The new Valhalla office features an expanded layout, offering significantly more workspace to accommodate our growing team. The new conference and huddle room utilize state-of-the-art conference technology, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration during meetings. The addition of a dedicated wellness room provides space for relaxation and mindfulness. The new kitchen has upgraded appliances and amenities, and the spacious lunchroom offers a comfortable area for employees to enjoy their meals and socialize.
