Hitesh is an electrical engineer with 8 years of experience focusing on power, controls, and SCADA systems for substations, campuses, and large institutional clients. His work bridges utility-scale transmission and distribution, industrial facilities, and public-sector energy programs, with experience on projects for Dominion Energy, New York Power Authority, and New York State agencies.

At ELECSYS, Hitesh contributes to the design of electrical distribution and monitoring systems for water resource recovery facilities and other critical infrastructure. His previous roles have included leading SCADA upgrades at a 500 kV substation, developing HMI systems to integrate electrical and flow meters across university and correctional facilities, and troubleshooting connectivity and compliance for remote substations. He is comfortable working across multiple protocols and platforms and often helps teams translate complex data and control requirements into clear, user-friendly interfaces.

Hitesh holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston and is an Engineer in Training. His background in scripting and data migration, combined with hands-on experience in substations and control rooms, gives him a strong foundation for modernizing legacy systems and supporting grid-resiliency and energy-management goals.
