Adrian is a senior electrical engineer with over 25 years of experience delivering power distribution and systems solutions for industrial, institutional, and transportation infrastructure. He specializes in medium- and low-voltage systems, including substations, switchgear, motor control centers, transformers, and standby generators, and has deep expertise in power system analysis—load flow, short-circuit, grounding, arc-flash, and protective-device coordination. He has worked with utilities, public agencies, and private owners across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, bringing a practical, field-informed perspective to each project. His work spans water and wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, cogeneration facilities, rail and transit power systems, and complex campuses, where he supports clients from planning and design through commissioning and construction closeout.

Adrian holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic University in Tirana, Albania.
