Anthony, is a senior systems engineer with over 15 years of experience delivering complex infrastructure, transportation, and industrial systems projects. He has led work across project delivery types including design–bid–build, design–build, and design–build–operate programs, with a practice that spans planning, detailed design, construction-phase services, and integrated testing and commissioning. Anthony specializes in systems engineering and integration for mechanical, electrical, and control systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning; medium-voltage and low-voltage power distribution; SCADA and DCS; fire and life-safety; security; and communications networks.
At ELECSYS, Anthony frequently serves as a discipline lead or owner’s engineer, coordinating utilities, rail signaling and traction power teams, and multidiscipline design and construction partners. His roles have included leading communications-systems integration for major commuter rail expansion programs for Metropolitan Transportation Authority Construction & Development, developing unified fire alarm and mass-notification strategies for large intercity rail hubs, and overseeing systems integration and commissioning for complex rail and tunnel systems packages in New York City. He also supports resiliency, security, and monitoring systems for waterfront and water-supply clients.
Anthony holds a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of California and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Rutgers University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer, a certified Project Management Professional, and a LEED Green Associate.
