Eldo is a managing partner and senior electrical engineer with more than 20 years of experience delivering power and systems design for complex infrastructure. His work spans substations, transit facilities, water and wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, tunnels, and critical buildings throughout the Northeast.

As a co-founder of ELECSYS, Eldo helped shape the firm’s focus on dependable, field-ready solutions and clear communication with clients, utilities, and contractors. He provides technical oversight across the firm’s portfolio, leading key reviews, aligning designs with utility and agency standards, and helping project teams navigate demanding schedules, multi-firm coordination, and evolving resilience and sustainability goals.

Known for his detail-oriented approach, Eldo excels at translating complex electrical and systems concepts into decisions that owners, operators, and partners can rely on. He enjoys mentoring engineers, building long-term relationships with teaming partners, and creating project environments where issues are surfaced early and resolved collaboratively so delivery stays on track.

Eldo is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York and New Jersey and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and exploring different countries and cultures—pursuits that mirror his curiosity and appreciation for how places and systems fit together.
