Frank is a senior systems engineer with more than 35 years of experience in communications and electronic security for critical buildings and transportation infrastructure. His work spans rail and transit systems, corporate and commercial campuses, and municipal facilities, with deep expertise in system design, integration, and construction-phase support.
At ELECSYS, Frank focuses on communications and electronic security projects, helping owners and project teams deliver reliable, agency-compliant systems. His background includes leading design oversight and deployment for fiber backbones and lateral networks, supporting enterprise communications and security upgrades, and coordinating closely with civil, electrical, and systems disciplines. Frank has extensive hands-on experience with CCTV, video management systems, access control, emergency communications, public address and customer information systems, SCADA, and converged voice/data/video networks.
Frank studied computer science at New York Institute of Technology and completed additional coursework in computer systems and networking at New York University, Learning Tree International, and Queens College. His training includes fiber optics, advanced wireless communications, technical surveillance countermeasures, video forensics, and numerous manufacturer and industry certifications, such as CompTIA Network+ and OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety and Health training.
