Mechanical Engineer and MEP Designer

“Success depends upon previous preparation, and without such preparation there is sure to be failure.”

Confucius

Lesther is a senior mechanical designer with 17 years of experience developing heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning and piping layouts for campuses, central plants, water and wastewater facilities, and cogeneration systems. He is highly proficient in BIM using Revit, AutoCAD MEP, and SolidWorks, producing coordinated 2D and 3D construction documents that support efficient installation and long-term operations. His project work ranges from chiller and boiler plants at higher-education campuses and housing communities to combined heat and power facilities, district-energy upgrades, and large central utility plants. Lesther has created models and drawings for chiller plants, boiler plants, heat-recovery systems, fuel-oil systems, and campus distribution networks for community colleges, regional sewer and cogeneration facilities, and multi-building residential developments. He is experienced in duct and pipe sizing, equipment layout, and the preparation of coordinated plans, sections, and isometrics that integrate closely with architectural and structural backgrounds.

Lesther studied Electrical Technology and Engineering Science at Westchester Community College and has completed additional coursework in mechanical systems and building design at New York University and Westchester Community College. He brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to every project, helping teams translate design intent into clear, clash-free models and drawings.
