Yanely is an industrial engineer and project controls professional with more than 18 years of experience supporting large infrastructure, transportation, and industrial programs. She focuses on document control and project controls for complex, multi-stakeholder projects, helping teams maintain clear records, manage risk, and make informed decisions throughout design and construction.

Her experience includes managing submittal and RFI workflows, maintaining master submittal schedules, tracking change orders, and preparing daily, weekly, and executive-level progress reports for major rail and yard facilities and other capital programs. She is proficient in Bluebeam, Oracle Primavera Unifier, and Prolog Converge and regularly administers owner document-management systems, oversees version control, and coordinates FAT and SAT, and commissioning documentation.

Yanely holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Católica del Cibao in the Dominican Republic and has completed OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety and Health training. Her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize high-volume workloads make her a key partner to project managers, construction managers, utilities, and owner representatives.

Yanely enjoys spending time with her three children, traveling, and learning about other cultures—she has visited more than 40 countries. She also gives motivational talks about life and resilience, reflecting her positive outlook and commitment to encouraging others.
